Illini Security Acquired by Alarm Detection Systems

December 29, 2020, Long Grove, IL — Alarm Detection Systems (ADS), one of the largest alarm companies in the Midwest with headquarters in Aurora, IL, has acquired Illini Security Services of Sycamore, IL. The transaction was facilitated by Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Since 1984, Illini Security has been serving customers in Northern Illinois with the personal touch both homeowners and businesses deserve. The owners of Illini, Gene and Margaret Deisz, decided that after 37 years it was time to move on and sell to a larger, trusted alarm company already in their market.
